I help clients build and maintain a strong online presence—not just for their job search, but for their careers as a whole.
That means coaching you through things like creating a polished LinkedIn profile, engaging with potential employers, building your network, and showing up online in a way that opens doors.
Because here’s the thing: recruiters are online. A lot. They’re not just sitting back, waiting for applications to roll in. The best ones are actively searching for great talent—often people who aren’t even looking for a new job because they’re too busy crushing it in their current one.
And when they find you? They’re looking at your online presence to see what kind of professional you are.
The truth? A lot of people make it really hard to get noticed (or noticed in a beneficial way).
Their online image is messy, lazy, offensive, or just… completely missing. That makes it tough for recruiters to see their value, no matter how great they might be in real life. If you’re not showing up well online, you’re missing real opportunities.
And even if you love your current job and plan to stay forever, consider this:
Nothing online is ever truly private. That offhand comment, bad joke, or questionable post can cost you your job. It’s happened.
Job security isn’t a guarantee. Mergers, new leadership, layoffs—they happen. Fast.
You never know when your dream job might come knocking. When it does, will you be ready?
So, what now?
I’ll be sharing tips on building a stronger online presence in future posts. But if you’re on a time crunch or in an active search, let’s not wait. Reach out—and let’s make sure your online presence is doing the heavy lifting and bringing the right people your way.
